Dipti Metal Industries: Excellence in High-Temperature ASTM A182 F304H Flanges

Dipti Metal Industries is recognized as the largest global ASTM A182 F304H Manufacturer in Mumbai, India. While standard 304 and 304L are optimized for general corrosion and weldability, the F304H (High Carbon) grade is engineered specifically for heat resistance. The increased carbon content (0.04% to 0.10%) provides superior creep strength—the ability of the metal to resist slow deformation under long-term thermal stress. This makes our ASTM A182 F304H Forged Flanges indispensable for high-pressure boilers and steam piping systems.

We supply a massive inventory as the biggest F304H Flange Stockist in India. Our forging process ensures a controlled grain structure, which is vital for maintaining mechanical properties when exposed to temperatures as high as 1500°F (815°C). Whether you require F304H Weld Neck Flanges for extreme pressure or F304H Blind Flanges for high-temp vessel closure, Dipti Metal delivers precision-engineered components. As a trusted F304H Exporter from India, we provide complete chemical and mechanical testing results with every order, ensuring reliability in critical power generation infrastructure.

F304H Flanges — Frequently Asked Questions

Standard F304 and F304L (Low Carbon) lose significant structural strength as temperatures rise above 500°C. F304H, due to its higher carbon content, maintains higher creep strength and tensile strength at these elevated temperatures, preventing the piping from "creeping" or slowly stretching under pressure.

ASTM A182 F304H is generally rated for continuous service up to 815°C (1500°F). However, at very high temperatures, specialized alloys or stabilized grades like F321H might be evaluated depending on the chemical environment.

Yes, F304H is weldable using standard austenitic stainless steel welding techniques. However, because of the higher carbon content, there is a risk of carbide precipitation. For applications requiring heavy welding without post-weld heat treatment, stabilized grades like 347H are often preferred.
