Alloy 59 (UNS N06059, Werkstoff 2.4605), also known as Hastelloy® 59, is a high-chromium Ni-Cr-Mo alloy with ultra-low carbon designed for exceptional resistance in both oxidizing and reducing environments. It exhibits strong resistance to pitting, crevice attack and stress-corrosion cracking in chloride-bearing media, and is used across chemical processing, pharma, FGD and waste treatment.
